DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE

Reponsible for the design, implementation, protection and continuing successful operation of computer, information and telephone technologies in support of the CMH mission - working collaboratively, focusing on care providers, and improving care delivery.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

Education & Training

Licensure & Certifications

Experience

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Post-secondary education preferred

·         Must complete annual competencies

 

·         Basic certification required (MCP, CNA, A+ or other applicable licensure)

·         Network certification preferred

·         Family and Friends  CPR within 6 months of employment

 

·         Two years experience with hardware/software troubleshooting

·         One year experience with networking management and network operating systems required

 

JOB SUMMARY

 Performs Information Systems functions including: review, recommendation, installation, configuration, protection, and training of computer systems for the organization; actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs others duties as requested.
