Maintains safe and sanitary conditions within the kitchen; prepares a variety of foods following standardized recipes and methods of preparation in the correct amount needed for resident and employee food service; serves food in dining room and employee cafeteria; records and updates diet information on resident cards; prepares nourishments and stocks the hydration carts as needed; practices excellence in customer service and behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH performing other duties as requested.

· Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment |
· Six-month food service experience preferred |
